More On ALD

If You’ve Been Following The News You’ll Want To Read This!

I was cleaning out some e-mails last night and came across this in my inbox.

This e-mail was sent to me by one of the creditors back in 2016 (the same ones who made me a director of ALD). It easily corroborates everything I said in the previous post, so it’s worth putting here to give you a real back-story (it’s also a brilliant example of real facts which the good journalists at the FT and The Times too could do with a lesson from getting):

Ties between Dr Edwen Yew / Samson Law / ALD / HKH / Other Joint Ventures

- Edwen Yew and Ameer Abas have together been involved in similar failed property developments for a number of years preceding ALD, including Oz Property / Salvo Property Group in Australia.

- Since the formation of ALD, Samson Law, Edwen Yew and Ameer Abas have undertaken a number of other joint ventures together including Golden Sands Development (note the almost identical logo to ALD) and Salvo Developments in the UK and Australia.

- Edwen Yew took out £1.3m out of ALD by Mr Yew in 2014–2015.

- Note HKH also took monies out via reservation fees

- These are believed to have funded those ventures activities to date

Key Companies:

- Salvo Property Developments

o Companies (all set up in 2014) where both Samson Law and Edwen Yew have been co-directors include:

§ Salvo Property Development (UK) Ltd

§ Salvo Property Development (Birmingham) Limited

§ Salvo Property Development (Charlotte Road) Ltd

- Golden Sands Developments:

o Joint venture between Edwen Yew (through Kamran Khan, Ameer Bin Abas, Shabnam Latif) and Samson Law

o Copmanies include:

§ Golden Sands Ventures Ltd (struck off — Ameer / Edwen)

§ Golden Sands Developments Bradford Limited (– Ameer / Edwen / Kamran)

§ GSD Riverside Limited (Ameer, Samson, Edwen)

§ Golden Sands Platinum Limited (– Ameer / Edwen / Kamran)

§ Golden Sands Developments Midland Limited (Daphne Wee, Ameer, Kamran) –s till marketing but accounts overdue. Charge held by a Singaporean company called UK Midland Mills Bradford Development Pte Limited

§ Golden Sands Developments Bradford Limited (Edwen, Ameer, Kamran)

Golden Sands main project is Victoria House in Bradford. HKH Homes Limited sold units in Victoria House in Bradford, a Golden Sands Development. This is still being marketing but GSD do not even own the site and are sending out construction updates which are indicating a construction completion date of July 2016. However, no construction has taken place on site for over a year. Kamran Khan has been seen driving around Bradford in fancy sports cars since the Victoria House started selling.

Ameer has been a significant part of Golden Sands (only resigned on the 28th June 2016 from all GSD companies.) Lots of press coverage at the outset BUT>..

GSD have never owned the building and word around Bradford (check with the council maybe) is that the original sellers still hold the keys, have not allowed construction and are still owed money. They have until August to make a payment or they will lose any rights over the site.

Most importantly, no one has told the investors — hence why they are so keen to deflet attention away from them.

Edwen Yew and Samson Law’s real intentions

They saw the initial sales as easy access to money. They never had any intention of constructing the buidlings they sold because that’s the point at which monies would be owed by them. By not constructing, they could just collect the money by pre-sales and that’s what all their business revolved around.

That explains:

- Why a fake “Edwen Yew” was presented at sales seminars

- Why completely unrealistic commercial incentives were offered — because they knew they would never have to be honoured as they would never construct

- Why they became distant when construction did actually start on Olicana — they did not want to be involved

ALD is just another vehicle to achieve the same objectives.

Samson

His association with dodgy developers is a running theme. He is most closely aligned with North Point Global. Although not officially a director or shareholder, Peter McInnes is behind it. They are facebook friends and Peter is known publicly as the chairman of North Point Global.

He is also the chairman of PHD1 which was constructing North Point Glboal projects and that has now gone into liquidation.

Peter himself is a well known ‘local’.

Edwen Yew

Edwen, with Ameer’s support, now runs Biotech Stemcell bhd as a respectable business. He maintains a high domestic profile for that and Ameer clearly knows him but has not given his details to the OR.

Dr Edwen Yew (Dato’ Seri Yew Kien Cheong) key personnel:

- Goerge Chi Leong (close and trusted director and face for Edwen)

- Ammerali Bin Abas (close and long term friend, and associate on further businesses)

- Kamran Khan (local Bradford contact involved in numerous GSD projects)

- Adrianne Nyua (personal relation of Edwen)

- Samson Lai Choi Law (Hong Kong Homes Limited, Agent and JV partner on a number of Salvo and GSD projects

And there you have it. A group of conmen who got the better of an honest entrepreneur. Now you can see why I was trying to stop them — no one else would!

This is the class of pond scum I have allowed for too long now — in both the Monkey Capital case and in this ALD incidence — to get the better of me and my carefree, forgiving nature. What is more, the British and American governments frequently defend these people, and in those specific cases, certainly do so. I have talked candidly to the authorities in multiple incidences about this and other things, and they have given me the distinct impression they don’t care, and not bothered following anything up. (There is something reminiscent of the Toyota story in all this.)

Not next year. Next year is payback time for everyone. You do not get to blackmail someone and bully them via PR releases because they are smarter and kinder than you are. That is not how civilised society works. It’s called extortion when you do that. Merry Christmas to all, even to the pond scum, nevertheless.
